Child safety standards
Tovinda is an app for adults only and does not tolerate child sexual abuse and exploitation in any form. This page explains the rules we enforce, how to report a problem and what we do when a report arrives.
Adults only
Creating an account requires a date of birth, and anyone under eighteen cannot sign up: the check runs on our server, not just in the app. Every creator is approved by us before they can sell anything, and verifies their identity with Stripe to receive their earnings.
What is prohibited
Content involving minors is prohibited on Tovinda in any form. Above all, it is prohibited to publish, request, send or exchange material showing the sexual abuse or exploitation of minors, including drawings and images made with a computer or with AI. It is also prohibited to seek contact with a minor, groom them, or ask them for photos, meetings or personal details. These rules apply everywhere in the app: answers, content, chats, letters, live sessions and video calls.
How to report
In the app you will find Report answer on answers, Report on chat messages and letters, and Report a problem after a video call. You can also write to support@tovinda.com, even without an account: tell us what you saw and where, but do not attach the material.
What we do
Every report is read by a person, not a program. Reports involving a minor come before everything else: we remove the content, suspend the account that posted it and report the case to the competent authorities, in Italy the Polizia Postale e delle Comunicazioni. We cooperate with the authorities in every investigation.
