This site explains how Tovinda works and, if you arrive from a creator’s link, lets you create your account. Nothing is bought on these pages: every purchase happens inside the app.

Purchases and payments

Every purchase, payment, and refund happens exclusively inside the Tovinda app, where the app's terms of service apply.

Creator content

What creators publish — bio, photos, prices, answers — lives inside the app and is entirely their responsibility. Tovinda does not guarantee the accuracy or quality of that content.

Reports

To report a profile or a piece of content, use the reporting tools built into the app where available, or check the Contact page.

Who runs this site

Tovinda is a service of SPECTROSEC di Ferraioli Alan, a sole proprietorship based at Via Martiri della Libertà 233, 41033 Concordia sulla Secchia (MO), Italy — VAT no. 04269550366, registered with the Modena Company Register, REA MO-456874. To reach us: support@tovinda.com. This site is a showcase: it is not the app, and nothing is bought here.

Content and trademarks

Tovinda’s text, design and trademark belong to whoever runs the service. Creators’ content stays the creators’.

Italian law applies to these pages. What happens inside the app is governed by the app's terms of service, which you accept on first use.
