Delete your Tovinda account

From the app

1. Open the menu and tap Settings.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. The account closes right away and cannot be reopened.

If you want to keep a copy, first tap Export my data, also in Settings.

Without the app

Write to privacy@tovinda.com from your account's email address and ask us to delete it. We close it for you and confirm within thirty days.

What we delete

Your name, email, photo, date of birth, the city and country you write from, your interests and personal note, the letters and messages you wrote, your chats, your support requests, reactions, votes, applications and linked devices. The text of your questions is deleted. Photos and voice notes you sent disappear from the app right away and are erased from our storage shortly after.

What stays, and for how long

The accounting records of purchases stay for the time the law requires (ten years), linked to an anonymous account that no longer carries your name or email. Review ratings also stay, without their text, together with the records of reports that are needed to support a moderation decision.

Only some of your data

If you want to delete part of your data without closing your account, write to privacy@tovinda.com and tell us which. We reply within thirty days.
